3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Balance
Your 99x account balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of placing bets and playing games on the Platform. Account balances do not carry interest and may not be transferred to another player's account. 99x is not a bank or financial institution; account balances are held solely for gaming purposes.
3.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 99x reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, after providing written notice to the registered email or mobile number associated with the account. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
99x currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, and only to the mobile number or account registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete the KYC verification process by providing a copy of a valid government-issued identity document. Once verification is complete, 99x targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for standard withdrawal requests. 4.4 Currency

If your payment provider processes in a different currency, exchange rate conversions and any associated fees are the responsibility of your payment provider. 99x is not liable for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.
4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions
